By the way: What is the correct product title? Is it "Encyclopaedia Britannica Ultimate Reference Suite 2006" or "Britannica Ultimate Reference Suite 2006"

Your store link says "Britannica Ultimate Reference Suite 2006" while amazon.com has only listed a "Encyclopedia Britannica 2006 Ultimate Reference Suite"

a) Is "Encyclopaedia" part of the product name?
b) Is there a preferred way for people with no ligature key on their keyboard (and no way to access the Character table) such as "ae" or "e" (*shudder*)?
c) Is the year name before or after the URS?

There has to be a corporate ID guru somewhere who has already given this answer...
