There are a number of important steps towards a query mechanism for questions in native language such as "Who is President of Panama?". While the price for the paper encyclopedia is fixed (and only depending on your installment plan from 2400 (at once) to 3000 euros (100 euros every two month)), this prize can differ in street shops quite a lot. We might see these sticks in some stores as "cheap" as 1k in the forseeable future. 1500 Euros is the “unverbindliche Preisempfehlung”.
